Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received. We accept various payment methods and provide invoices upon request. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date to avoid cancellation fees.
We will arrange delivery and collection times with you in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure clear access to the location. Missed collections or inaccessible sites may incur additional charges.
Units are delivered cleaned, sanitised, and ready to use. For long-term hires, regular servicing will be arranged. It is the customer's responsibility to use the units responsibly and avoid damage or misuse.
Customers are liable for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear. UK Toilet Hire shall not be held responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the total value of the hire agreement.
